Get to know the team behind your next build
We're LEVEL CRAFT, a general contracting firm in Semey with over five years of experience. We handle every project with our own crew, no subcontractors, and a fixed-price contract that guarantees the result.
Who handles your project from start to finish?
One crew, one contract, no surprises. That's how we deliver quality construction in Semey — from the first sketch to the final walkthrough.
Our own crew, no subs
Every tradesperson on site works for us, not a temp agency. The same team from the first pour to the last coat of paint.
Fixed estimate up front
You know the total before we break ground. No time-and-materials surprises — just a number we both agree on.
The sound of a crew that stays together
Five years back, we started with one simple rule: keep your own crew, run your own jobs. So every project we take on is built by the same hands, start to finish. No middlemen, no rotating crews, no surprises.
Our own crew in Semey
We don't hire subs. Every project is built by our permanent team — the same people who know your site from the first nail to the final walkthrough.

Dedicated to delivering quality work
Over 5 years, dozens of projects built the right way
They gave us a fixed estimate before a single brick was laid. No surprises, no extra charges halfway through. The crew showed up every day at the same time and finished on the exact date they promised.
Askar K.
Homeowner, Semey
We compared three contractors for our office renovation. Only LEVEL CRAFT put their own crew on the job — no subcontractors we didn’t know. That made the difference.
Dana S.
Small Business Owner
From the initial design meeting to handing over the keys, they managed everything. We didn’t have to chase anyone or coordinate between different teams. One company, one contract, one result.
Serik M.
Property Developer
The legal guarantee in the contract gave us peace of mind. They didn’t just say they’d stand behind their work — they put it in writing. And when a small issue came up after completion, they fixed it without hesitation.
Aigerim T.
Residential Client, Semey
A fixed estimate and a legal guarantee. That's the LEVEL CRAFT promise.
We handle every stage from design to delivery with our own crew. No subcontractors, no surprises. Just a clear contract and a finished project you're proud of.
